Q: How much money can I make if I do nothing?
A: Not much. That is the main reason we are leasing these sites. We don't have the time to work them. Without updates and some marketing the sites most likely will only produce a few sales a year.

Q: What if I decide it not for me and I want to quit?
A: No problem. Just cancel the website and you are free and clear. Since the site is leased, we we take over the site and assume all income derived from that date onward or offer the webste to someone else. You owe nothing and have no extended commitment.

Q: What if I pay te first month and the site makes me $500 before I do anything, is that income mine?
A: Yes, any income you earn from day 1 is yours to keep. That is the point of leasing a website that has been operating for 3 or more years. Residual traffic and sales.

Q: This sound too good to be true, is it?
A: If you think this is a get rich quick plan, you are mistaken. The average site is earning us about $20 a month. That is what we are leasing the site for. It will be up to you to keep that flow going and make it bigger. You might see a big sale here and there and you might not. You will have to do something to make the site produce the numbers you want.

But you wont find a website for sale that has high search rank, thousands of pages indexed in the search engines and loads of linkbacks for anything close to $20 a month. If you lease a store, you still have to get people in to buy the products, the website is no different. People that have been coming to the store will continue to come, but it is up to you to make the sale. Its not a sure thing, but it is a great opportunity.

Q: How can I market the website?
A: we are leasing you the website, we can't teach you how to make money with it. However, there are loads of pages online dedicated to online marketing. There are forums and tons of advertising opportunities. The more you post links back to your website, the more traffic you get and traffic means sales.

If you sell socks and you post a link in an underware forum that you have a certain sock available, if you get 1 sale from that post each month you have 12 sales a year. If you post 100 links and get the same result, you have upped that number to 1200 sales a year. As you make the website more visable, you make more money.

Q:If it is so easy, why don't you do it yourself?
A: The point is, that we do. We have owned and managed all the sites we are leasing. But we have hundreds of sites and no time to do this type of marketing. So we are leasing the sites so we can populate our hosting servers and get out of the affiliate marketing business so we can market our own services. If we are going to spend time advertising, we need to advertise our website hosting and not another company's socks for sale. We are not getting out of affiliate marketing we just need to cut back on the number of sites we manage. Leasing the sites to new clients allows us to build our website hosting while decreasing our sites to manage.

Q: I sell my own products. Can I remove the current products and sell my own items?
A: If you lease the website it is yours to do what you want. Taking a website that has been around for years selling a similar product is the best way to get your business started fast.

In the past when we would retire sites, SEO companies would buy them all from us in bulk quantities because of the value of an existing website. It is worth the price just to link back to other sites to upgrade relavency. But we also realized the value to us in advertising and aquiring new hosting clients was greater than what we were selling them for.

These sites are easily worth ten times the $120 that will be paid during the 1 year lease. SEO companies will gladly pay $120 and buy 50 at a time. But, they take the sites and load them up with spam and we don't want to be contributing to search engine spam just because it makes us money. And, we don't get any clients from the sale.

We would rather get hosting clients than take the fast money. Businesses grow slowly and these websites have been growing and working for years. Nothing is overnight. Just like we grow our business you can grow yours from our prevoius investment.
